You should receive a payment receipt Immediately. We send confirmation emails within 3 hrs during business hours (9am-7pm) and as soon as we can overnight. It is very Important to check this for any errors.

All of our drivers track incoming flights through a number of methods, So if you flight is late or early your driver will be there.
Please ensure your phone with the contact number provided is on and has FLIGHT MODE switched off and check for text messages. If no contact by the driver has been made please call us on 1800 595 466.
Please Contact us as soon as possible on 1800 595 466. This is case by case the earlier you let us know the better the chances of a refund.
We allow 30 minutes for domestic flights and 1hr for international starting from the flight provided landing. If you are wanting to be picked up at the airport at a specific time due to waiting for another flight landing please let us know via either the comment section on the booking or via email or text. Waiting time fees may apply if you haven’t made contact with the driver, please switch your phone with the contact number on as soon as it is safe to do so.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We offer refunds (Minus a small fee) if cancelled 12hrs before the transfer for up to 6 passengers and 48hrs for 7-11 passenger transfers. Under these time limits are at Black Diamond transfers discretion for refund amounts, we can do full refunds depending on the situation.

All of our drivers will send you a message as your flight lands, introducing themselves and with information on where to meet them. Please ensure you turn your phone as once you have landed.

The bookings made via the online booking form will be for the first available vehicle of the class (or better)

Our wedding packages start from $120 plus the cost of the transfer/hourly hire. To ensure you get the vehicle you want its best to contact us.
Wedding Ribbons, additional waiting time, Wine Cooler, glasses and a bottle of (non Alcoholic) sparkling wine. We can provide different/alcoholic beverages on request, it's best to contact us for specifics.
Yes, we are one of QLD Health's Endorsed transport providers.
Unfortunately due to regulations we cannot accept payments in the vehicles. We do accept every major credit and debit cards including Amex.
